Management services are offered on either an hourly rate basis, on a per job basis, or through the purchase of a package of commonly used services.

These services can include:

• Manage email accounts, redirects and aliases
• Monitor your website and report on visitor trends
• Monitor and report on your search engine rankings
• Manage periodic CMS upgrades to keep your site running efficiently

We can tailor a service package to address the requirements of your particular business, website and online marketing.

What’s right for you?

• If you need only infrequent or periodic work you will probably prefer our hourly rate structure. The system is simple: You tell us in detail what you need done and we give you an estimate of how long it will take. At the conclusion of the job we will bill you
• If you need custom development work (say, for example, you want to add a new interactive feature to your site, like a newsletter subscription function or an online gallery) you are probably best served by asking us for a quote for the job – a “job rate”. Once you approve the quotation, you will need to pay a 50% deposit, with the balance being paid after acceptance of the work.
• In contrast, if you anticipate regular changes to your website’s contents – even as little as one page a month – you will find that the packages outlined below can save you money and provide a predictable, periodic expense. As we offer a variety of packages, you can also enjoy economies of scale. Packages are paid in advance, as per below.

Standard Hourly Rates

Our hourly rate is $90 for programming and layout. Rush fees are charged at twice the above rates. Availability and terms of the Rush Service will be subject to the approval and agreement of the parties.

Terms:

• Must be paid quarterly in advance.
• All hours must be used within the Quarter.
• Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
• 48 hour turnaround time
• Additional hours of services are billed at our standard hourly rates (see above).
• Does not include design fees for new page designs.
