Web site for real estate and finance business Negoti8 following the merger of two separate business. The brief was to be completely different to the competitors and to make the site engaging for the visitors. The main site was entirely Flash based and heavily animated. The site was supported by a database driven listings catalogue and a forum where people could ask questions and interact.

The project also included logo design, signage and advertising templates.
