• If you need only infrequent or periodic work you will probably prefer our hourly rate structure. The system is simple: You tell us in detail what you need done and we give you an estimate of how long it will take. At the conclusion of the job we will bill you.
• If you need custom development work (say, for example, you want to add a new interactive feature to your site, like a newsletter subscription function or an online gallery) you are probably best served by asking us for a quote for the job – a “job rate”. Once you approve the quotation, you will need to pay a 50% deposit, with the balance being paid after acceptance of the work.
• In contrast, if you anticipate regular changes to your website’s contents – even as little as one page a month – you will find that the packages outlined below can save you money and provide a predictable, periodic expense. As we offer a variety of packages, you can also enjoy economies of scale. Packages are paid in advance, as per below.

Standard Hourly Rates

• Our hourly rate is $90 for programming and layout (Note that substantial discounts are available for non-profit and charitable organizations.)
• Rush fees are charged at twice the above rates. Availability and terms of the Rush Service will be subject to the approval and agreement of the parties.

Maintenance & Support Packages

Content Management Package A

$180 / month

Includes:

• 3 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 1 new page per month containing no more than 5 images)
• 48 hour turnaround time

• Must be paid quarterly in advance.
• All 9 hours must be used within the Quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
• Additional hours of services are billed at our standard hourly rates (see above).
• Changes to forms / new forms are not allowed.
• Does not include design fees for new page designs.
  

Content Management Package B

$300 / month

• 5 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 1 - 2 new pages per month containing no more than 3 to 5 images per page)
• 48 hour turnaround time.
• Changes to forms are allowed in this package.

• Must be paid quarterly in advance.
• All 15 hours must be used within the Quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
• Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $60 per hour.
• Does not include design fees for new page designs.

Content Management Package C

$480 / month

• 8 hours of work per month (note: this is approximately equal to 2 - 4 new pages per month containing no more than 3 to 5 images per page)
• 24 hour turnaround time (with the exception of new designs and changes to forms, which require more time)
• Changes to forms are allowed in this package.
• Design services are included (for new page designs and/or Banner or button ads).

• Must be paid quarterly in advance.
• All 24 hours must be used within the quarter. Unused hours cannot be carried forward.
• Additional hours of services are billed at the discounted rate of $60 per hour.

Supplemental Support Package

$100 / month

• Unlimited telephone or email support.
• Weekly website backups.
• Disaster Recovery Services (restoration of website in case of server failure, virus, or hack attack).
• Monthly website traffic activity summary delivered to you via email.

• Paid quarterly in advance.
